The latest addition to the list of certificates and IHF Certificate awards granted to Taishan is the International Hockey Federation Certificate of 
Product Approval. The certificate which holds validity until May 25th, 2014 confirms that the Synthetic Hockey Surface described as Taishan Turf H 12 submitted by Leling Taishan Artificial Turf Industry Co., LTD has been thoroughly tested and found to comply with all the performance requirements for world and national level hockey competitions.
This certificate further pushes Taishan as a world class supplier of artificial turf and shows its endeavor to comply with all international quality standards and requirements. Taishan is also proudly the first and only manufacturer of artificial turf in China to receive such an esteemed accreditation from the federation.
The federation sets high standards in its testing and requires the manufacturer at stake to undergo a systematic series of laboratory tests which include ball rebound/roll, ball-to-surface friction, underfoot friction, impact response, surface color/gloss and pitch porosity. Taishan has successfully met all of these requirements and joins the list of 19 other licensed manufacturers and suppliers.
The International Hockey Federation founded in 1924 and consisting of five Continental associations and 118 member associations serves as the ‘guardian’ of the sport ensuring consistency and unity in hockey around the world. The association not only regulates the sport, but is also responsible for its development and promotion so as to guarantee a secure future for hockey.
